Is the free tier really free?
Yes. 3 basic audits per month, no credit card needed. Basic audits show your GEO + AIO scores and top 3 recommendations. Upgrade to Pro for full reports and PDF export.
What happens at the end of my 14-day trial?
You're charged at the end of the trial period. You can cancel before then — no questions asked. We send a reminder email 3 days before your trial ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription won't renew. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What if I have old credits?
Credits you bought still work — each credit runs one full audit. Subscriptions give you unlimited full audits on top of that. They coexist.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, within 7 days of purchase if you haven't run any audits on the subscription. If an audit fails to complete, we refund the credit or offer a free re-run.
Are prices in USD?
Yes, all prices are in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
